A Ireland company completed second project in Bulgaria
The ireland company of investings in real estates West Properties International completed its second project in Bulgaria . Complex "Ivet" is located in resort village st. Vlas, 5 minutes afoot from her new yacht port and 10 minutes from the center of the small city away.The complex includes 57 apartments- one room, two rooms, tree rooms and studios , each of them are luxury finished ,full furnishing and ready for rent. West Properties gives short term and long term for rent to the real estates to clients as with own tourist guide agency - West Travel, so as well on strategic partnerships with different travel agencies in Bulgaria and in all over the world.
The section for management of real estates - West Property Management -is caring for the permanent support and farming on the real estates. The second target , fully designed and realized by West Properties International, is "Ivet'.In november the company completed it’s firs project building for living located in “Budapeshta” street in the centre of Sofia.
In the next few months West Properties International will finish two more projects: complex “White Sands” in Ravda and complex “Pearl coast „in Sunny Beach. West Properties International,part of West Incorporated is Ireland company founded in Bulgaria in 2004.The company has 19 buildings in Bulgaria-in Sofia, all over the black sea coasts and other cities of the country.

Da wird eine Vollmacht erstellt, womit sie vor Ort handeln kann. Sie Kümmern sich auf Wunsch um alles Z.b. auch Strom und Wasser anmelden. Sie und ihre Kollegen sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.
