Lovely view opens from two of the plots towords the water. The distance between the property and the dam lake is about 500m . The plot borders the regulation of the village so electricity and water can be easy installed. The road leading to the nerest village is a gravel-paved one and is easily passable even during the winter season. The distance to asphalt road is 4,5km. At the same time the Varna - Sofia highway runs just about 10 km away from the properties. Very good offers for making a wise investment. The size of all three plots is suitable for building a house complex or tourist settlement after changing the status of the land. Because of the forest in front the water can not be seen from the ground level, but a beautiful view will open from the second floor of a house, built on the plot.
Yastrebino dam lake is situated in the north-east part of Bulgaria in the valley of river Golyama reka (Big river). The offered plots are 65 km away from Veliko Tarnovo and 159 away from Varna and the Black Sea coast. Because of its accessible beach, the lake shore is exceptionally suitable for close to the nature recreation, fishing and water sports practising.
The favourable climate and rich biological variety make the area a very attractive place for numerous outdoor activities, relaxation and sport. In this region there is no environmental pollution and this keeps the air, water and soil ecologically clear. The preservation of nature and the diversity of plants and animal species are a good condition for the advance of tourism in all of its forms - eco, rural, hunting, cognitive etc. Except for its beauty, the area is fascinating for the opportunities it offers for cultural tourism as well. Down the Stara reka (Old river) can be seen some really interesting historical landmarks - the Roman bridge, as well as remnants from medieval fortresses, which are considered to be former residences of Old-Bulgarian rulers. Other places with historical significance in the region are the ancient Bulgarian capitals Pliska, Preslav, Veliko Tarnovo, numerous monasteries and churches, ethnographic complex "Etara" and many more.

I first found this company on the internet and found the site really easy to understand and gave me alot of information! I arranged to go over for a viewing trip in November 2010 with a friend as my husband couldnt make it. We were pick up from sofia airport. over the next 5days we went from one end of Bulgaria to the other covering over 1600km (Bulgaria is Beautiful)Each night we stayed in a different hotel, which was checked every time to see if it was to our liking! They even took us to a chemist to get us something for our coughs!!! Dont think an English Estate agent would of done that!! We were looked after the WHOLE time and they answered all of my questions, some times over and over again!! They have helped with paperwork and accounts which have to be set up! NOTHING was tooo much trouble for these lovley, lovely people and im buying with confidence! I would gladly recomend this hardworking, trustworthy, friendly company! We not only met Estate Agents over there, we also made our first Bulgarian friends :)Thank you kiki and Hristo. Maxine Wood.
