This Bulgarian property is located in a small town 30 km away from Pleven. The city of Pleven is the seventh largest one and it is an important administrative and historical place in the country.
It is built on two floors each one suggesting about 80sq.m. of living area.
The first floor offers two bedrooms and a storage room connected by a small hallway.
And external staircase leads to the second one which comprises a hallway, three bedrooms and a small closet.
The estate comes with an extension - the traditional for almost all Bulgarian houses “summer kitchen” which provides more living space.
