This offer is for a one-storey Bulgarian house located near the centre of a welcoming village some 16km away from the town of Nikopol, 8km. away from Gulyantsi and 40km. away from Pleven. It provides 55sq.m. living area spread between a ground floor and the first one.

All rooms have cement flooring, whitewashed walls and nice solid-wood window and door frames. There is electricity, water (only outside). There are all amenities such as few food shops, bars and cafes, a school, a post office, a medical centre. A regular transport line to the neighboring towns is available.
