This lovely rural house is situated only 30km away from the administrative centre of Kardjali. This two-storey house is in a very good state with more than 100 sq.m of living area and a huge garden of 3000sq.m, where there is a lovely pond with carps, so you can enjoy yourself fishing just in your garden. There is a one large dining room, WC and a bathroom dowstairs, an internal staircase is leading to the first floor which provides 2 bedrooms and a large hall room on concrete flooring. The garden is quite large, there is a lovely vineyard, so you can enjoy the organic grapes and even try to make your own wine.
The road to the village is asphalt, but 50 meters before the house it turns into a dirt one. Regular bus transport is servicing the village, where there are local shops and a mayor’s office.
