This house is located at the end of a small village, just 50 km away from the town of Kardjali and near to river Arda.
The property consists of two-story house spreads over a living area of 60sq.m, and a well arranged garden of 100sq.m. You can buy 1000sq.m. additional land around the property. The house was built in old Bulgarian style.
