This charming villa is situated in a small holiday village in the beautiful Bourgas region. Bourgas City - the second district centre on the Black Sea coast, is only 15 min from the village. The city is located in the farthest western part of Bourgas Bay and is 390 km east of Sofia. Due to the low level of the coast there are three lagoon-lakes: Atanasovo Lake, Bourgas Lake and Mandra Lake. The region offers wonderful opportunities for different types of activities - the forests of the rivers Ropotamo and Veleka are attractive natural reserves perfect for country and cognitive tourism; the Strandja and Sakar Mountains are favorable for hunting tourism. The town of Pomorie is Only 35 min from the village. It’s famous for its mud therapy, known since Thracian times. Special Hospital of Rehabilitation - National Complex - branch Pomorie is the largest mud-curing centre on the Balkan Peninsula. The fine sand of the beaches - gold and black (curative and rich of iron), the warm and clear salty sea water make Pomorie attractive tourist destination, offering perfect conditions for treatment, rehabilitation and relaxation.
The road leading to the property is asphalted and only 30 meters of it is a dirt one. But it is accessible all year round.
