This solid, two-storey property is located 60 km away of Kardjali – the administrative center of the Eastern Rhodopy mountain. The house comprises of the following: Ground floor – 3 spacious rooms, a foyer and a bathroom. The first floor’s disposition is the same as downstairs. An internal staircase is leading to the attic room, which can be transformed in a studio or a separate apartment. The living area of the house is 180 sq.m. and the yard is 1000 sq.m. The village where the property is located is small and quiet with population of about 100 people. The border post will be about 15 km from the property which will make the Aegean coast about 30 minutes drive away.
