The property is located in a tiny village in the mountain and it proposes wondreful view towards the picturesque hills. It is a three-storey building which proposes 105 sq. m. of living area per floor plus an extension of 70 sq. m. and a garden of 1350 sq. m. The brick house on stone foundations with trimmer-joists is recently built (1963) and it is supplied with electricity and running water inside. The brick extension is solid and it consists of a big hall and a bathroom and toilet. The rooms on the first floor (one room, corridor and a bathroom and toilet) need some repair and finishing work, too. The wood-panelled walls and ceilings and marble floors add to the specific charm of the place. An inside concrete staircase leads to the second floor and the four rooms upstairs. The house has a solid shell and doesn't need any serious repair work, just finishing of the bathrooms and toilets and some facade work. The presence of a septic tank is a great advantage for a house situated in the mountain. No garage is built, but the yard provides enough parking space for at leats two cars. The road to the house is asphalt, except for the last 30 meters which are an ordinary cart-road. The garden is relatively big (1350 sq. m.), flat but it needs some clearing.
