The property is disposed at the middle of a tiny and glamorous hamlet high in Rhodopy mountains, some 70 km. west of Kardjali town. The property consisits of a two-story house with living area of 55 sq.m and a garden spread on 1000 sq.m.
Ground floor: It consists of two (2) well-sized rooms.
First floor: three (3) rooms with wooden window frames and a foyer. The floorings are wooden and have to be replaced with new ones.
The garden is huge and suitable for recreation, agricultural activities, etc.
The property is provided with running water (outside), electricity and a septic tank are available. The house needs major repairs. There is no bathroom/toilet, so one of the rooms inside has to be adapted into an internal one. The road to the property is a 15km decent dirt road, which is cleaned during the winter.
In the village there is no shops, or regular bus transport but the nearest village is only 10km away, where you can find basic goods and amenities. The closest town for all necessary amenities in 60 km away, and you would need your own means of transport to travel in & out of the village. The surrounding area is very peaceful and quiet, rich in floora & fauna and is suitable for hunting, fishing, mountaineering, extreme water sports and rural tourism.
