This two-storey Bulgarian house is located in a small and peaceful village in a plain area just 4 km from Pleven - the seventh largest city in the country and a regional and administrative center in North Bulgaria. It is also 150 km away from Sofia where the nearest airport is and 30 km from the town of Lovetch.
This rural Bulgarian house provides 80 sq. m living area distributed between two floors.
The ground floor consists of two rooms, a basement, a toilet and a bathroom. The second floor offers two rooms.
A septic tank is provided.
The estate is supplied with electricity; water is available in and outside the house. A draw-well is also available as well as in and outdoor toilet and bathroom. Telephone line is not presently installed but it can be easily provided upon request as the village has the required utilities.
The property needs particular repair of the roof and some refreshment inside the house. The house comes with a garden ( 930 sq. m.) and a garage. It is build at the front of the yard and is easily accessible through an asphalt road.
The entire region and the village itself is calm and lovely. The people are friendly and hospitable. The area is suitable for fishing, hunting, rural tourism, relaxation and recreation.
