Located just next to meadows and a pine forest this charming Bulgarian property can be your dreamy place.
The village is friendly, situated 30km. away from Pleven (the seventh largest city in Bulgaria) and 20km. away from the town of Dolna Mitropolia and just 1km. away from River Iskar It offers great opportunities for keen fishermen and for all who enjoy outdoor activities among nature. It supplies amenities for a normal living including several food stores, health service, cafe, cable TV and public bus transport to the towns.
The whole area is peaceful, fresh aired and beauty natured.
The house itself was built in 1940 and provides 160 sq m of living area nicely disposed over two floors and a huge and well arranged garden of 1940 sq m.
