This Bulgarian property is located in a lovely village at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain, just some 12 km (7 miles) away from Bourgas City - a regional administrative centre with an international airport and seaport; train station and all modern facilities typical for the big city.
The Port of Bourgas is the biggest sea port in the country. A Duty Free Zone was established in 1989 with the objective to create most attractive conditions for foreign investors. The favourable geographical location and advanced transport infrastructure of Bourgas are good prerequisites for development of tourism and trade. Bourgas is not only an important industrial centre in the country, it has also considerable resources for tourism.
The famous tourist destinations - the ancient town of Nessebar and the largest sea resort Sunny Beach are just 28 km (17 miles) away. The old town of Nessebar, located on a picturesque peninsula is a historical and architectural reserve listed in the UNESCO World Heritage List. In addition the village is very close to the spa resort of Bourgas Mineral Baths where you can relax and enjoy the curative mineral water. That astonishing piece of Bulgarian land sprawls over 1100 sq. m. and is not far from the regulation of the village. It is not cultivated at the moment.
