The mill is structurally very sound. It is entirely constructed of stone. Roof is also good. The mill is on two floors plus very large basement. Ceilings are very high, stone walls and wooden beams are exposed. The building has amazing potential to be turned into a large house or a guest house.
Village is nice and quiet and the mill is only 200 metres from the river bank of Rositsa river. It is also very close to open fields and forests.
