The estate is at walking distance to the Black Sea coast. It is also at 10km distance from the Black Sea top summer resort Albena. Albena resort complex is one of the most beautiful resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The close proximity to Albena Resort and the beach are only some of the advantages of this property.
It is located in a very quiet and cozy area of Balchik. The house is built 15 years ago. It has very stable construction and needs just a few small repairing of the bathrooms. It is stylish and in build in a classic Bulgarian style. The distance to the sea is only 1 km. and if you travel a lot this is going to be easy for you because the house is at 40 km. from the airport of the City of Varna.
