This agricultural plot of land is located in the territory of the town of Ugarchin, Lovech region. The land is 32 km away from the town of Lovech, 53 km away from the city of Pleven and 50 km away from the town of Troyan. The river of Katunetzka, which passes the region and the dam of Radotina make the region suitable for fishing. The nearest mountain offers amusements such as hunting and rural tourism.
