This two-storey brick house is situated 10km away from the administrative centre of Kardjali. The property proposes over 100sq.m of living area and provides some 500sq.m of a small garden. An asphalt road leads to the property, which is reachable throughout the year. Located at the beginning of the village in a hilly area the property provides a nice view towards the beautiful mountains in the distance. The area is appropriate for hunting, cycling, walking, fruit and vegetables growing, etc. About 100 people are living in the village, where you can find all needed facilities like shops, regular bus transport, mayor’s office and bakery. The town of Kardjali is only 10km away, so you can go there if you need something else. The property is in a bad condition but once transformed it will become a very nice place to live.
