We present to your attention this charming rural house disposed in the beginning of a small mountain village. The property provides two-storey stone house with living area 120 sq. m and a garden of 500 sq. m land. The house was built in 1980. It is in a good condition. The ground floor comprises of two rooms and a corridor. The flooring was made of concrete, the walls are made of stone and the window frames are wooden. The first floor has four rooms, a lobby and a bathroom. The walls here are made of bricks. The toilet is outside the house, but it is possible an internal one to be built. The property is supplied with electricity and running water and a septic tank is available, too. The house needs some repair work of the window frames and whitewashing the walls is needed. The road that leads to the property is asphalt and makes it accessible even n the winter. The view from the property is lovely, toward the mountains.
The village is a small one and about 20 people live there. The nearest town is 5 km away from the property, where you can find all the needed amenities. The village offers a regular bus transport.
