This two-storey stone house is disposed at the beginning of a small and quiet village in Kardjali region. The house was built in 1980. The living area of the house is 200 sq. m. It is distributed between the two floors. The ground floor consists of three rooms and a foyer with hardened earth flooring, stone walls and wooden window frames. An external staircase leads to the first floor, which comprises of four rooms, foyer and a bathroom. The flooring is concrete, walls are brick and the window frames are wooden. The toilet is outside the house, but it is possible an internal one to be built. The property is fully supplied with electricity and running water (outside). Also a septic tank is provided. After a little repair work the house will be ready to live in. The road that leads to the property is asphalt. The garden spreads over 600 sq. m. plot of land.
The village is a nice one, about 100 friendly people live there. The nearest town, which is disposed 6 km away from the house, offers all needed amenities. The area is suitable for rural tourism and mountaineering.
