This property is located 60 km East of Kardjali, close to the large Ivailovgrad Dam, in a region rich in archeological sites and endangered animal species. This house was built of stone and wood approximately 50 years ago. The property consists of four rooms and a corridor. The house is with living area 90 sq. m.
