Our new offer is for a lovely, rural Bulgarian house that is located only 15 km away from the regional town of Kardjali and 5 km away from the famous Tracian sanctuary complex Perperikon.
This is two-storey, plastered outside house, made from stone and trimmer joists. The living area of the house is 110 sq. m. On the first floor, there are two rooms, a hall and a bathroom.
Second floor embraces two rooms and a hall, too.
The toilet is outside the house. Electricity and running water are provided. The septic tank is available, too but it will be better a new one to be done. The house needs certain repair and refreshment.

This charming Bulgarian house is situated at the end of picturesque village, 10 km away from the dam Studen Kladenec and 5 min walk from the river Perperek. The village offers all needed amenities as regular bus transport, shops, school and etc.
The ancient Thracian city of Perperikon is located in the Eastern Rhodopes, 15 km northeast of the present-day town of Kardzhali, Bulgaria, on a 470 m high rocky hill, which is thought to have been a sacred place. The village of Gorna Krepost ("Upper Castle") is located at the foot of the hill and the gold-bearing Perpereshka River flows near it. Perperikon is the largest megalith ensemble in the Balkans.
It is thought that the famous sanctuary and oracular shrine dedicated to Dionysus of the Bessi was situated there.
