I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work.
