In the end of the quiet village, an asphalt road leads to a two-storey stone-brick house. The village stands 35 km away from the town of Kardzhali, in Rhodopy Mountains.
On the first floor are distributed two rooms on concrete flooring with white washed walls and wooden window frames. The second floor comprises of three rooms, based on trimmer joists. The walls are brick-built.
Inside the house, a toilet can be installed and bathroom needs renovation. A new septic tank has to be built, too. Running water is available inside the house and electricity is provided.
For heating in winter time can be used woods or electricity.
An overall renovation and refreshment of the house must be done and one of the walls has to be repaired.
In the garden, there is a well and a tab nearby.
The house open amazing views to the village, because it is located on the top of the hill. There is a lake nearby, appropriate for fishing and swimming. The village is small and there live five families. Amenities such as shops, local administration etc. are available one km away, in the another village.
Magnificent nature, which is very well preserved as there no industrialization, surrounds the hamlet. A historic place is located only 10 km away.
