There are many places to feel at home in the central part of Bulgaria. One of them is the village where this estate is located. It is only 10 km. away from the small town of Galabovo and 30 km. away from the town of Stara Zagora. The place provides lovely view toward nice hills and forests. Clean air permeates the area.
The rural estate you see on the pictures is a great opportunity to settle in Bulgaria or to create a home for holiday. In the house, there are two fastened rooms and another good-sized room, tiled bathroom/w. c. in excellent condition, corridor with terracotta flooring and a sink as well as wide glazed terrace on the first floor. The walls are wallpapered; the flooring is cemented. Indoor staircase gives an access to a second floor. There are two large bedrooms, corridor, and two balconies. One of the bedrooms needs wallpapering or whitewashing. There is a building, which is attached to the main house. It is used like a storage room, but is easy to be turn into living area and another outdoor building with two rooms, two sinks and a well.
The property is fully supplied with electricity and running water, telephone line is available.
The property is presented in a very good condition. However, some refreshment is recommendable.
The garden is 2300 sq. m. big. It is planted with greenery, vegetables, and trees. The garden offers a brick built barn of 45 sq. m as well as several cowsheds and garden sheds. There is green house, vineyard and a place, where you could park three cars.
