This beautiful one-storey house is situated in a small village, only 5km.away from town of Ivajlovgrad. It consists of 80sq.m. living area and attached yard of 500 sq. m. The Ground floor includes three rooms, stone-built walls, and wooden window frames. There is a cellar, which is 10sq.m. big.

The village is just 5km. from the town of Ivajlovgrad, which offers most necessary amenities. Greece is 5 km away, but currently there is no border post nearby, though it is in process of construction. All around the estate there are mountain hills and delightful views. The winter is soft and the summer is hot.
