This two-storey stone house is situated 100 km Southeast of the town of Kardjali in a sunlit village near the Greek border. The house was built 1960 and is still in a relatively good shape. Each floor consists of three rooms and a foyer over 80 sq.m. per floor. There is no internal bathroom, nor a toilet, but it is easy to be built inside in the house.
