This two-storey stone house is situated 100 km Southeast of the town of Kardjali in a sunlit village near the Greek border. The house was built 1960 and is still in a relatively good shape. Each floor consists of three rooms and a foyer over 80 sq.m. per floor. There is no internal bathroom, nor a toilet, but it is easy to be built inside in the house. There is running water and electricity connection to the house. The property benefits from two outbuildings, a garage and a well with enough water to fill a swimming pool or just to water the garden. The road to the house is asphalt and is reachable throughout the year. The house needs some modernization. The property is being advertised for sale furnished as it is.
The village is small but it has a small shop for basic goods, cafe where the locals meet, and regular transport to the municipality center Ivailovgrad where you can find a wide range of facilities. 20 km away from the village will be located the new border post with Greece “Slaveevo-Kiprinos”. It is going to be open in 2008.
