The property is situated on the international road Svilengrad – Rousse. It used to be an ethnographical museum and offers accommodation of 288 sq. m. The premises are distributed between two floors (144 sq. m for each). It is historical and architectural memorial of Bulgarian art and culture and it has the entire set of certificates needed from the National institute for culture monuments in Bulgaria.
The house is made of stones, bricks and wood. It was built in 1852, but a few years ago it was fully renovated. The walls are with unique wall paintings and a high stone fence is encircled the property.
