This house is located in the middle of a village which is 70km away from town of Kardjali. It is one-storey stone-brick concrete house, which spreads on 90sq.m living area and a garden- 600sq.m. The property consists of 4 rooms with wooden window frames, 2 bathrooms and a foyer. There is no toilet inside but it is easy to be built. The house is connected to electricity; running water is provided outside and inside. A new septic tank needs to be done. The property is in a good condition, it only needs some refreshment and slight repair. There is another building next to the house which could be used as a guest house or as a summer kitchen.
The road is asphalt and the property is reachable throughout the year. About 300 people are living in the village. There are shops, coffee bars and local pubs; a regular bus transport is servicing the village.
The view is wonderful. The river Arda is only few kilometers away from the village so you can go swimming, fishing and sunbathing.
