This small house, situated 300 m. south of the village centre and only 20 km. away from the historical town of Veliko Tarnovo, is more than a century old. Built in 1870, this house is supplied with elictricity and water inside and outside. The property provides 60 sq. m. of living area and consists of an old house, an attached building and a garden of 610 sq. m. The whole house needs renovation both inside and outside. The WC is outside but a big cellar on the ground floor gives opportunity for adjusting it inside. The whole floor under the first one is a big 40 sq. m. cellar with stone foundations and earthen floor. The plaster on the walls is quite old and needs refreshing. Parts of the wooden ceiling have rotten and need repairing, too. An outer wooden staircase leads to the upper floor which consists of three rooms and a larder. A traditional fireplace and a traditional Bulgarian balcony add to the charm of the house. The extension which consists of two rooms is supplied with running water and a there is a sink. A telephone line can be easily installed. Nice view to the green mountains reveals in front of the house which could make your holiday in Bulgarian countryside an unforgettable experience. You can park your car on the pavement in front of the house since the yard doesn't offer enough space for parking. The road to the property is asphalt (except for the last 30 m.), easy accessible even in winter.
