This one-storey stone house is situated at the end of a small and quiet village. The property spread-out over 80sq.m of living area which includes four rooms and a hall and all of them are with hardened earth flooring, stone walls and wooden window frames. It is provided with a garden of 1000sq.m. Running water and WC are available outside of the house. There is no bathroom inside but it is easy to be constructed. Electricity can be reconnected too; and a new septic tank is required to be built. There is also an additional building next to the property which can be transformed into a summer kitchen or a guest house which you can use coal for heating or by electricity during the winter. It is an old property but once transformed it can be the perfect place to spend your vacations.
A dirt road of 500m leads to the property which is accessible all the time of the year. There are no local shops but twice a week a mobile shop brings goods to the village. At a distance of 3km there is bigger village where you can find all the other necessary facilities, food shops and cafe. The area is appropriate for rural tourism and for mountaineering too. It is at a distance of 130km from the ski resort of the city Pamporovo and 300km away from one of the most beautiful sea resorts - Sunny Beach. The town of Kardjali is just 30km away from the village. The scenery from the house shows the picturesque nature of the mountains. The nearest airport is located in the capital of Bulgaria- the city of Sofia. It is about 200 km away from the property.
