The nice two-storey house lies in the village center where you can find amenities such as several food shops, cafes, bars and a bus stop. The bus links to the nearest towns and villages are regular.
The region is illustrious and clean due to the proximity to the uniquely beautiful Balkan Mountains. The village is surrounded by hills and forests and there are many relaxation sites in the immediate vicinity. The district town of Vratsa is located 112 km north from the Bulgarian capital city of Sofia (and the nearest International Airport) and 40 km southeast from the town of Montana.
It lies at the foot of the Balkan mountains in close proximity to numerous waterfalls, interesting caves and rock formations. The most prominent ones are the Ledenika Cve, the Skaklia Waterfall and the Vratzata Pass. The town is situated 345 meters above sea level. It has transitional-continental climate. On the second floor you can find two bedrooms, two terraces and another small room.
