The inhabited place lies in Southeastern Bulgaria and it is part of the Municipality of Bolyarovo.

The village stands 8 km away from the town of Bolyarovo, 32 km away from the town of Elhovo, 68 km away from the city of Yambol, 73 km away from the Black Sea Coast and the city of Bourgas as well as 83 km away from the Sarafovo Airport. Just a few km away from the friendly village where you can find the charming house, there is a nice and big fishing dam named Malko Sharkovo.

The countryside is scenic and the conditions for activities such as fishing, hunting, cycling and camping are excellent! The village has local amenities, the essentials for constant living: food shops, regular bus service etc. Further amenities can be found in the adjoining town of Bolyarovo. I first found this company on the internet and found the site really easy to understand and gave me alot of information! I arranged to go over for a viewing trip in November 2010 with a friend as my husband couldnt make it. We were pick up from sofia airport. over the next 5days we went from one end of Bulgaria to the other covering over 1600km (Bulgaria is Beautiful)Each night we stayed in a different hotel, which was checked every time to see if it was to our liking!They even took us to a chemist to get us something for our coughs!!! Dont think an English Estate agent would of done that!! We were looked after the WHOLE time and they answered all of my questions, some times over and over again!! They have helped with paperwork and accounts which have to be set up! NOTHING was tooo much trouble for these lovley,lovely people and im buying with confidence!
