This cozy rural house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the suburbs of a welcoming village just 10 km far from the town of Elhovo. The house is built on two floors and offers accommodation of 60 sq. m of residential area:
The first floor consists of an entrance hall and two rooms.
External stairs lead to the next floor where is located an entrance hall, two rooms, and a room good for building a bathroom and a toilet.
Electricity is supplied in the house as well as running water outside. A phone landline is easy to be installed upon a request.
