The village of Dryanovo is very close to Elhovo - 25km. It is on a hill and it is very lovely.
This house is located in the central part of the village. The road to this house is made of asphalt and that makes it accessible in all seasons.
The house is supplied with electricity, but the water and the toilet are only outside the rural house.
That is not a problem, because it is very easy to provide water inside the house and also to build up a new bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a corridor and three rooms. The garden is big enough for everything that you want to make.
In that 2000 sq. m you can live quietly without any kind of problems. There grow some fruit-trees, a trellis-vine and farm structures in the garden.
The Elhovo area is in the range of two climatic regions - the North-Toundja Region (transitional continental) and the Sakar-Strandja Region (transitional Mediterranean, with soft winter, warm spring and dry and hot summer).
The northern part of the area is characterized by a temperately
continental climate. These features reflect the lowland-hilly character of the relief.
The Black sea coast and the closest international airport is located in the city of Bourgas which only some 125 km away from the village.
