The house is situated 27 km from the town of Asenovgrad and is close to the most popular ski resort of Pamporovo – only 35 km., which is the sunniest winter resort in Bulgaria. Here the winter is soft, because of the warm drafts, coming from the Mediterranean Sea, but there is still with lots of snow. Pamporovo is set in the south of the Rhodopes Mountain where, according to a legend, Orpheus, a mythical singer, had lived.
It is a semi-detached two-storey stone-made building with all the needed facilities – electricity, running water, a septic pit, but a bathroom and a toilet are outside the house. The telephone line is not available, but it is easy to be connected. There is a garden of 400 sq. m. and a cellar of 10 sq. m. The building needs just slight refreshment and two of the rooms have to be finished, but our team of professional builders could help you with the repair at a very reasonable price.
The 1st floor consists of two rooms, a basement and inner stairs. The 2nd floor has three rooms.
