This delightful property is situated in a nice village 32 km away from Varna and the Seacoast, and 28km away from the airport. The road is quite good. The village is not very big, extremely calm and quiet. In the village they are around ten houses, bought by English families. There are two dam lakes nearby and a river passing through the village. The house is located right next to a river, which runs through the village and is good for fishing. The house has two floors with living area of 110sq.m. The first floor comprises of : large room with a fireplace.Kitchen can be easily adjusted. It is made of stone and keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The second floor consists of : two bedrooms, bathroom and WC. There is also a large wooden terrace (20 sq. m). The garden is quite big – 2000 sq. m, and allows placing a swimming pool or arbour. There is another building in the same plot. It is being transformed into summer premises which can be turned into a guest – house, offices or sauna. A place for BBQ is also attached to that building. The size of this building is 70 sq.m. The house is very close to the river, which makes it wonderfully tranquil location. There are Internet and telephone connections in the village.
