The estate is located in a village some13 km. away from the town of Chirpan and 60 km. away from the big town of Stara Zagora (the sixth largest city in Bulgaria). The nearest international airport is located in Plovdiv, 50 km. away.

The ancient St. Atanasii Monastery stands to the south-west of the village, at the foot of a steep hill, on a plateau on the right waterside of the river of Starata Reka.
