The accommodation is in a great condition, but it needs some slight refreshments and proper furnishing. The house also needs the two terraces to be completed and also outside rendering. The house facilities include running water, electricity and a septic tank.
The house comes with a nice garden that spreads on 1200 sq. m. There are planted fruit-trees, lovely flowers, and a shady vine-arbour. The soil is rich so you can plant some sorts of vegetables. There is also a well in the garden that could be used for irrigating the garden. Some extra structures are also available in the yard, as well as a garage for one car, so your vehicle would be safe.
