Bulgarian House is selling a house in a large village 32 km away from Shkorpilovtsi resort and a seaside resort 20 km away from Provadia and 50 km away from Varna. There are no big hotels and complexes in Shkorpilovtsi. There are also many luxury restaurants and noisy discos.

The village is located in the picturesque Kamchia valley, nestled among the northern slopes of the eastern Stara Planina. The relief is flat and hilly, with many wooded areas. The climate is temperate-continental with a clear influence of the Black Sea - cool summers, warm autumns, mild winters and green springs. The combination of sea, river and mountain is unique in combination with ecologically clean nature, peace and quiet. Altitude - 82 m.

The village has a primary school, kindergarten, community center, town hall, medical center, dentist's office, retirement club, post office, many grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, Orthodox chapel, botanical garden, tourist hut, Orthodox church, built in 1873, pharmacy, gas station.
Dolni Chiflik municipality, part of which is the village is one of the municipalities in Varna region, where most young people and children live, for this reason a project was approved for the construction of a sports center and sports ground in the village. The football team of the village participates in the regional championship, which enjoys great popularity and interest among local people.
The inhabitants of the village are provided with all modern communications: internet, cable TV, telephone exchange, coverage of all mobile operators. Regular public transport to Varna and the surrounding villages is organized. 2 km from the village passes the railway line Varna-Sofia. Nature
Near the village is the Sherba reserve, which offers excellent conditions for the development of hunting tourism.
