This traditional stone house is located on 70km away south of the town of Kardjali, close to the border with Greece. It is a two-storey stone property, which suggests 50sq.m of living area and 2500sq.m yard. The disposition on both floors is the same – 2 rooms with wooden flooring, stone - built walls, wooden window frames and a hall. The real estate is currently not supplied with electricity but this can be easily arranged. Running water is provided outside of the house.
