This 2-storey traditional stone estate is located in a quiet and peaceful village, 30km. away from the municipality center Ivailovgrad.
The estate spreads over 100sq.m living area and a nice garden – 500sq.m. Its ground floor is based on hardened earth. There is one, large room, the walls are made of mud and marble bricks and the window frames are wooden.
