The property is situated just 25 km. far from the town of Veliko Turnovo and it proposes gorgeous view towards the mountain. The town of Veliko Tarnovo is previous Bulgarian capital. The city of Sofia is nowadays capital. The town of Veliko Tarnovo is located in North-Central Bulgaria. The nearest airport is located in the city of Bourgas and is about 180km away from the property.
The property comprises of a house, a designed place for a shop and a small garden. The estate is an old brick house and it is provided with electricity inside and running water both inside and outside. The first floor consist of three rooms (in addition one of them has a sink), a bathroom and a big cellar (30 sq. m.). There is no toilet inside the house, but one can be built with no difficulties into the bathroom. As well there is a septic tank which is rarity and great plus for a rural house. Some of the rooms have wooden floor and some of them are covered with terracotta tiles. There are wooden window frames in the house.
There is no problem a telephone line to be installed.There isn’t built garage, but there is enough space for parking a car in front of the house. The asphalt road to the house is easy of access in winter. The garden is comparatively small, but on two levels, not quite suited for cultivating vegetables. The town is quiet, secluded, not very high up in the mountain, just starting the development of vine-growing. It is appropriate for fishing, because it is close to a river. There are many groceries, restaurants and pubs there. The mountain offers magnificent and beautiful views, fresh air and calmness.
