The residential quarter Terres is an entirely new type conception and idea for your new home in Plovdiv city suburbs. This unique complex, called with the name of a famous Tracian king is located some 5 km far from the city center of Plovdiv (direction Sofia) and just a kilometer distanced to the motorway “Trakia”. It is also closely located to the new built offices and administrative buildings of leading German producers. The project started with the idea to create a residential area of the beauty and harmony situated amongst natural environment. The complex spreads over a territory of 110 000 sq. m. and there will be built between 55 and 70 family houses on it. Each house will be known with its own appearance and design, according to the customers’ wishes. “Terres” project foresees the construction of total area of greenery with size 20 000 sq. m. , including grass areas and planted trees. Except for its modern infrastructure residential complex Terres will provides centralized cervices: security, green areas and buildings maintenance and many others. The individual divided plots have size between 600 – 1400 sq. m. and the total plots number more than 60.
The purchase process of a property in Residential area “Terres” generally passes in three steps:
1. Make the choice between finished house and plot of land
2. In case you have chosen the plot – the customer can choose between one of the architectural plans offered by the developer or to create his own model for a house. The specialists who are engaged with the “Terres” construction will design the house according to the customers’ willing.
3. Construction – by the professional constructing companies, partners of the developer.
The houses’ plans are almost identical – two leveled. First floor disposition: spacious hall and living room with open plan kitchen, cabinet, WCs and service rooms. On the second floor are situated the bedrooms. A house total living area varies from 180 sq. m. to 400 sq. m.
The first variant for family house design presents a contemporary family house with folklore architectural elements. Other variant is a Bulgarian house in authentic style. The rest of the houses have different styles – Tuscany house, the next resembles the Byzantium constructions in the Old Nesebar, contemporary house with British influenced appearance; a large home bringing the waft of the Mediterranean architecture, which contrasts to a small fashion house, which has style.
The announced building price is valid for those customers, who had chosen some of the architectural projects provided by the developer or the selected house is already constructed. If a buyer would like different, new or his own style for the house, the developer will prepare an individual offer for the project and its realization.

The price of each individual property is a sum of the concrete house price (in accordance of its size) and price of the plot chosen by the customer.
The price for building up the house to the stage, described in section “FINISHING” is 825 euro per sq. m. (incl. VAT). Plots’ price is 45 sq. m.
A modern infrastructure will facilitate the inhebitants of the residential area “Terres”. Complex construction will also include: individual plots separation and each plot will be connected to the existing infrastructure as well. There will be a private purifying plant in “Terres” complex and completed structural engineering, including gas supplying network. 1.5 km long roads will cross the complex.
The first four houses in the complex are already under construction and it is expected to be completed up to the end of summer 2008. Soon the construction of 15 more houses will be started. Their design, type and plots will be chosen by the developer.
