We offer a two-storey house, which is located in a village 150 km away from Sofia, 10 km away from the town of Pleven, 10 km away from the town of Dolni Dabnik and 10 km away from the high way Sofia-Rousse.
The rural property was built in 1975 and offers 100 sq. m. of living area. On the first floor are located two premises and a corridor. The walls are white – washed and the ceiling is built with trimmer joists.
Two rooms with corridor and terrace are located on the second floor. Like on the first floor, the walls are white – washed.
The bathroom is inside the house and it is not finished. A toilet is outside and inside the house available and it is not finished, too.
Electricity, water and septic tank are provided. Telephone line is not connected but it can easy to be done. In winter time can be used a heating system, which is under construction yet.
The Bulgarian house is in a good condition but it needs major refreshment. The roof is well – maintained.
An asphalt road leads to the real estate and it is reachable in winter time.
