The apartment is near all local amenities. The town is very well
developed and offers several restaurants, some cafes, many food shops, supermarkets, a hospital, schools and kindergartens. The nature that surrounds the town is wonderful. The River “Tundzha” passes through the town and you can go fishing there. The people here are lovely and large-hearted. The Black sea coast and one of the Bulgarian international airports are less than one hour driving from the attractive town. The town is in the range of two climatic regions - the North- Toundzha Region (transitional continental) and the Sakar-Strandzha Region (transitional Mediterranean, with soft winter, warm spring and dry and hot summer). The northern part of the area is characterized by a temperately continental climate. These features reflect the lowland-hilly character of the relief.
