This lovely house is situated in a wonderful sea village near the beautiful seaside town of Kavarna and the Black Sea Coast. The village, where the property is situated is 63 km away from Varna city and the International Airport. It is well-developed and has everything needed to spend a nice vacation or live there. The house is fully renovated and is in very good condition. The house has stone-faced ground floor, a wider first floor with iron lanterns, hanging on the outside and a completely new tiled roof. The built-up area of the house includes entrance-hall, living-room with an open plan dining area, a bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a terrace on the first floor. The traditional element can be found also in the fireplace in the living-room and the internal wooden staircase leading to the first floor. There are also an outside BBQ area with big oven, a guest room with private entrance and a basement that has also been renovated.
