The house has solid foundations and is in presentable overall condition. Renovations are possible, in case the new owner requires some. New set of furniture is required.
Outside the main house there are several outbuildings, a workshop and a large barn.
This authentic rural home enjoys a secluded location, at the end of a small village 30 km from the town of Svistov and 50 km from the administrative town of Pleven. The house is built on two floors and has total area of 100 sq.m. The ground floor is occupied by a traditional Bulgarian mechana with a fireplace and wooden ceiling. The second floor is accessed by an outer staircase and comprises of two bedrooms, a storage area, a corridor and a lovely terrace. No bathroom/wc is available but they could be easily installed inside. Electricity and running water are available.
The garden to the back is quite vast (4420 sq.m); planted with a vineyard, fruit trees and greenery. Set on a hill, the house reveals panoramic views over the valley below, the centre of the village and the houses on the opposite slope.
The area is ideal for both rural holidays and permanent living. In the village are set several food shops and cafes, a church and a school, as well as a health centre.
