The village is located only 20 km far from the town of Ivailovgrad where is located one of the biggest Bulgarian lakes. It is very near to the Bulgarian-Greek border - 88 km from the border check point. The closest airport is situated in Plovdiv city - 200km. The village is situated in a nice region, on a pleasant river and close to the mountain.

The rural house is located in the eastern part of the village, and is in a good state. The first floor has a large bedroom with plastered walls and wooden window frames.
The second floor consists of three bedrooms with old wooden flooring. All needed facilities such as electricity, running water outside and inside can be found in the real estate. There is also a connected phone line. The toilet is outside the house with a septic tank. There is no bathroom. A lot of opportunities are available to build up a bathroom. There is a car park for one car. The garden is big 700 m2 and is uncultivated. That means you can convert it into a magnificent place for recreation.
