• The buyers will be kept informed for the construction works and will be announced in time when the construction is finished.
An apartment can be reserved for 10 days with a reservation fee of 1 000 Euros. On signing of the preliminary agreement the reservation fee is deducted from the first payment. The reservation fee is non-refundable in case a preliminary agreement is not signed.
