This very well maintained and solid rural Bulgarian house in Montana region has the great potential to be used as a lovely family home! With its big living area and great location, it is just a very good option if you are interested in purchasing a cheap property in the countryside!

It is disposed in a pretty village 30 km away from the district city of Montana and 120 km away from the capital city of Sofia hence the nearest airport! Montana is a very illustrious regional city located in Northwestern Bulgaria 45 km south of the Danube River, 35 km northwest of the city of Vratsa and 30 km away from the border with Serbia (eastwards).

It has hilly landscape and the Ogosta River flows through the city. The inhabited place where the rural Bulgarian property is now available, features amenities such as food shops, gas stations and regular bus transport. The large house is composed of two floors that have a living space of 88 sq.m and they are connected through external stairs.

The first floor consists of a large premise and two rooms and upstairs there are three rooms, a spacious corridor, a premise for a bathroom and a nice small balcony. The house in Montana region is surrounded by a very beautiful forest and a fishing dam is disposed close to the village.

Although the property is not in perfect condition, it is a great investment option due to the solid construction, the convenient location in the central part of the village and to the wonderful huge garden that expands on 1000 sq.m. Running water and electrical installations are provided and the condition of the property near the Balkan Mountains is good. A gorgeous idea especially if you would like to purchase a nice home in the countryside at a low price!
